Cletus is the Director of Business Development of Global Power, an infrastructure development company. His sound experience and competence in organizational leadership, policy and strategy formulation and execution, projects management, commercial contracts negotiation and execution, business development and corporate governance has benefitted the company in many ways. Cletus sits on the boards of ZB Reinsurance (Pvt) Ltd, Harare Institute of Technology and ZESA Pension Fund. Previously, Cletus worked as the Executive Director (Group Operations) at ZESA Holdings, Managing Director (Powertel Communications), Grid Assets Manager (ZESA), Regional Transmission Engineer (ZESA), Risk Engineering Surveyor (ZIMRE). He is a fellow of Zimbabwe Institution of Engineers, a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, and a member of South African Institute of Electrical Engineers. Cletus’s academic qualifications include a Masters of Business Administration Degree and a BSc Engineering (Honours) Degree in Power and Electronic Engineering, both from the University of Zimbabwe.
